MARTIN MULLAN

Managing Director

Martin is our MD and brings a wealth of HVAC experience to the table.  Back in the day when there were only 4 TV channels, Martin worked as a plumber in the UK and Australia. It was in Australia where he first discovered the wonders of air conditioning. Following a career in air conditioning in England Martin moved back to Limavady in 1998 and started air cool engineering in the spare room at home. Armed with a Yellow Pages, a fax machine, a computer and a deadly two fingered typing style, air cool engineering (N.I) was born.

Fast forward 20 years, and when Martin’s not busy chasing new opportunities and steering the ship, you can find him at Vintage Mini Car Rallies or supping a pint of the dark stuff in his local.

KELLEY HASSON

Office Manager

Kelley is the oil that ensures the air cool engineering office runs like a finely tuned engine. When she’s not demonstrating her organisational and Excel prowess, Glamorous Nannie Kelley can often be found cooking up a feast for family and friends or dragging her long suffering hubby around the shops – shopping for cups! #slightlyweird

Interesting fact: After graduating with a Business Degree from Bolton University, what started as a summer holiday job with air cool engineering in 2000, has turned into a lifetime career.  Kelley literally lives and breathes everything to do with air conditioning, and still dreams of having a fully ducted system installed in her home.

DAVY KEE

Project Manager

Davy is a Project Manager and although he’s a relatively new boy on our block, we know he’s been round a few blocks in his time….which is a good thing, as he brings to the business, many years experience working as an electrician and in facility management.

Interesting fact: In his youth, Davy fashioned himself as a ‘Rocker’ for 6 weeks.  Fortunately this was ‘just a phase’ and by all accounts, he turned out a good chap.  In Davy’s spare time, when he is not traveling the length and breadth of the country on city breaks with his wife, he can be found either up a ladder redecorating his home or on his computer writing Tripadvisor reviews.

LUCILLE DEVLIN

Accounts

Forever young and unassuming Lucille is responsible for ensuring our suppliers are paid on time. When she’s not keeping suppliers happy, she’s usually chasing senior management for their receipts and mileage. Outside of work, Lucille loves nothing more than having fun with her little girls, shopping and socialising at The Harbour Bar, Portrush.

Interesting fact:  Lucille is from a large family of 10 – how amazing is that?! Rather than returning to the family home after graduating with a Business Degree, she packed her bags and headed to Philadelphia – forgetting to come home for 3 years.  When her two girls have flown the nest, Lucille plans to continue her travels and see the world again.

LOUISE MARTIN

Senior Estimator

Louise supports our Project Managers in the pricing, design and delivery of HVAC installation projects.  Every day she keeps everyone and everything on track – ensuring our many ducks are kept in a row.

Interesting fact: With Louise, everything really is possible. Even standing in 6” heels on an occasional night out that involves too much Tequila – Louise has it off to a fine art! Yet between juggling a busy career and hectic family life, Louise still manages to squeeze enough time in her day to study for a Building Services Foundation Degree #wonderwoman

JENNY DEVINE

Service & Maintenance Co-ordinator

Like the rest of the team, young Jenny has a ‘healthy’ obsession of air conditioning and is passionate about delivering amazing customer service.  If your system is down, call Jenny – she’ll quickly gather the troops to get your air conditioning up and running in no time.  It’s a tough job keeping track of our mobile teams, but our super organised Jenny knows exactly where they are, what they’re doing and possibly, what they’ve had for lunch!

Interesting fact:  When she’s away from her TWO screens of spreadsheets and the comfort of an air conditioned office, country girl Jenny likes to slip into her wellington boots and spend time with her little girl on the family farm. Calve a cow, drive a tractor or even sow a field – if it needs doing, you can count on Jenny.

KYLE EAKIN

Cad Technician / Junior Estimator

Fresh out of college, baby faced Kyle is our new addition to the team.  Hungry to learn and under the guiding eyes of our Project Managers, Kyle has been quickly getting to grips with understanding the differences between split and ducted systems.

Interesting Fact: When he’s not at the drawing board calculating pipe runs, early riser Kyle, starts his day with feeding the animals on the family farm. In his spare time Kyle has ambitions to being the next Ronaldo, enjoys cruising around ‘The Port’ on a Sunday afternoon (trying to look cool) and travels to music festivals across Europe – now that is pretty cool!  We hope Kyle’s journey with air cool engineering (NI) Ltd leads to a long and happy career.

HOLLY MCCLENAGHAN

Service & Maintenance Co-ordinator

Another welcomed addition to the business is ‘Liverpool Lass’ Holly. Having worked for air cool engineering (NI) Ltd some ten years ago, she has quickly settled back into work with the Service and Maintenance Team.  Quiet and unassuming, Holly works alongside Jenny ensuring the guys on the ground know exactly where and when they’re going and what they’re doing.

Interesting Fact: At the height of the recession, Holly and her new husband moved back to England to help in her family’s business.  Having secured permanent employment in N. Ireland earlier this year, the young family returned to Limavady along with toddler Scarlet and their dog.  Holly is looking forward to being part of the business again and raising her family in the beautiful Roe Valley.
