Cool Addition To The Province’s Freshest Venue

Major air conditioning and ventilation system install at Belfast’s freshest concept bar and restaurant.

Operating since 1998, air cool engineering (NI) Ltd has worked on numerous installation projects across the province, UK Mainland and Ireland.  With close associations with many major high street retailers, independent restaurants, bars, hotels and surgeries, the Limavady based business was delighted to work on an adventurous interior design concept and challenging time frame, to create the ultimate contemporary socialising venue.

Although the venue had existing air conditioning and ventilation equipment installed, air cool engineering (NI) Ltd was tasked to increase the cooling capacity on all three floors, by integrating new Toshiba systems with old.  Due to the restrictive nature of the site with its void spaces, open plan and feature vertical slatted ceilings, air cool engineering (NI) Ltd had to re-spray and repositioned air conditioning units, and hide or incorporate ductwork into the feature ceilings – to minimize their visual impact.

Andrew Grant, Project Manager for air cool engineering (NI) Ltd said: “air cool engineering strives to deliver projects of all sizes on time and on budget.  We were delighted to work with Soon Interiors and Marcon Fitout, to create Belfast’s freshest and contemporary social venue.  We continue to enjoy working with the venue – maintaining their systems to the highest specifications.”
